CNW 6894 passes the tower in Nelson, IL on a brutally cold day in January of 1985. The tower is long gone but the coaling tower in the background still stands.

A northbound unit coal train clears the home signal at Deval, headed for a Wisconsin utility plant . The train originated on the BN in Wyoming, and this contract was later lost to the UP.
